Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, delivery takes between 10-20 business days.
Shipping Costs:
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders of $65 USD or more. For orders below this threshold, standard shipping rates are as follows:
- $4.99 USD for orders under $30
- $8.99 USD for orders between $30 and $64.99
All orders are shipped via Standard Tracked Shipping and typically arrive within 10–20 business days.
Tracking Information:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your package.
International Shipping:
We currently offer international shipping to the United States and Canada. Please note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and charges may vary depending on your location.
Note on Some Items:
Some items, notably the TempFlow Hydration™ Temperature Smart Water Bottle, may be shipped separately, resulting in multiple shipments and additional shipping charges. In this case, you may incur shipping fees for each individual item in your order. We recommend checking the total shipping cost at checkout for a complete view of the charges.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local postal service.
Order Modifications and Cancellations:
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate any changes.
