Refund policy

Here at TempFlow Hydration™, your satisfaction is our main priority. We never want an upset customer, so therefore we're here to help. Feel free to shoot us an email as well and we'll get back to you as soon as possible!

Returns

  • Items may be requested for a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Items must be undamaged and in their original packaging.

Refunds

  • When approved for a refund, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. 

Damaged Items Upon Arrival

  • If your item reaches the unfortunate state of a damaged arrival, contact us! Provide us with your email, phone number and order number, sending pictures of the damaged item within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Exchanges & Replacements

  • We do not offer traditional exchanges. However, if you received the wrong item, something arrived damaged, or you’re not fully satisfied with your order, reach out to us — we may send a free replacement at no extra charge.
  • No need to return the original item. We believe in keeping things simple and making it right 💙
