Get in touchPress firmly with your fingertip on the center of the lid. If it doesn’t light, lift your finger and press again. The display reads in Celsius, and after filling, give the sensor up to 15 minutes to settle on the new temperature.
The bottle body is hand-wash only to protect the electronic components. The lid should be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Never submerge the lid in water.
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be undamaged and in their original packaging. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
At this time, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We do not currently offer international shipping outside of these regions.
